01Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website linkrelagency.com (the "Site") and any audit, consulting, or ongoing-management services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Linkrel Agency, operated by Dzhamilia Kotliarova, registered at Vojislavljevica, Podgorica, Montenegro ("Linkrel Agency," "we," "us," or "our").

By engaging Linkrel Agency for Services, submitting a form on the Site, or otherwise confirming a proposal or scope of work, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage our Services.

02Description of Services

Linkrel Agency provides technical SEO and AI Search (GEO/AEO) services, delivered in one or more of the following formats:

• SEO & AI Search Audit — a diagnostic review of a website's technical SEO health and its visibility in AI-driven search surfaces (e.g. AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), delivered as a prioritized written report.
• Consulting — advisory sessions and strategic guidance for the Client's team, including content strategy, technical review, and prioritization support.
• Ongoing Management — continuous, hands-on execution of SEO and AI-visibility work under a recurring engagement.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement ("Scope Document") agreed upon before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Scope Document, the Scope Document governs for that engagement.

03Engagement Process

Standard engagements generally follow this sequence:

1. Initial inquiry and scoping conversation.
2. A Scope Document outlining deliverables, timeline, and fees.
3. Client confirmation and initial payment (per Section 4).
4. Delivery of Services per the agreed timeline.
5. For ongoing engagements: recurring work, reporting, and review on the agreed cadence.

Timelines in a Scope Document are estimates. They depend on timely access to systems, content, and feedback from the Client (see Section 6), and may shift if that access is delayed.

04Fees and Payment

Fees for Services are set out in the applicable Scope Document or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Audits and one-off consulting engagements require 100% payment upfront.
• Ongoing Management engagements are billed monthly, in advance, with payment due within 5 days of invoice.
• Late payments may result in a pause of Services until the outstanding balance is settled.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

05Cancellations and Refunds

Because audits and strategy work involve time and expertise delivered upfront, completed deliverables are generally non-refundable. For ongoing engagements:

• Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• Work completed and time already invested up to the termination date remains payable.
• Fees paid in advance for periods not yet worked will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If a specific engagement includes a different cancellation or refund policy, the terms in that Scope Document apply instead.

06Client Responsibilities

To deliver Services effectively, we ask that the Client:

• Provide timely access to relevant systems (e.g. website backend, analytics, Search Console) where required for the Services.
• Provide feedback, approvals, and content inputs within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that any content, data, or materials shared with Linkrel Agency do not infringe third-party rights.
• Understand that delays on the Client's side may extend agreed timelines.

07No Guarantee of Results

SEO and AI Search visibility are influenced by factors outside Linkrel Agency's control, including but not limited to search engine and AI model algorithm changes, competitor activity, and platform policy shifts. Accordingly:

• Linkrel Agency does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, citation frequency in AI answers, or revenue outcomes.
• Recommendations are based on current best practices and professional judgment at the time they are made.
• Any figures shared in proposals, case studies, or marketing materials reflect past results for specific clients and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other engagement.

08Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g. audit reports, content, strategy documents). Linkrel Agency retains the right to:

• Reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how developed during an engagement in work for other clients.
• Reference the engagement in its portfolio and case studies, using aggregate or anonymized results unless the Client agrees in writing to the use of its name and specific figures.

All content on the Site (text, design, logos, and branding) is the property of Linkrel Agency and may not be reproduced without permission.

09Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement for 5 years.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkrel Agency's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim. Linkrel Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost traffic, arising from the Services.

11Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as the Client uses the Site or engages Linkrel Agency's Services. Either party may terminate an active engagement as described in Section 5. Sections covering payment for work performed, intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13Changes to These Terms

Linkrel Agency may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
